The Director of Real Estate & Construction will lead the site selection, design, and construction phases of new Another Nine facilities. They will work closely with franchisees and vendor partners to identify strategic real estate and optimize buildout in accordance with Another Nine’s brand standards. They will further systematize our processes, innovate facility design, and own the national development map.
The Director of Real Estate & Construction will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate with other members of the Another Nine team. This role is open to hybrid and remote candidates and requires some limited travel.
